As professional exploration drilling contractors, Allianz Drilling Services embraces Health, Safety and the Environment, and is continually reviewing our systems based on feedback from our team.

We have built upon our extensive experience in the mineral drilling industry to put in place well documented systems and procedures. We are firmly committed to establishing and maintaining a healthy and safe working environment, with the aim of minimising risks associated with our activities that may affect the health and safety of individuals, the environment and the broader community.

We believe that the key to a safe working environment is complete and active participation by everyone, every day, in every job, achieved through extensive and continued mentoring/training and through positive communication.

Allianz Drilling staff undertake regular training, which is provided both “on the job” and also by third party training providers.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Induction to Allianz policies SMP and SOP’s
• Senior First Aid
• 4WD training
• Hazard identification and risk assessment
• Certificate II in Drilling Operations – all our offsiders who complete the probationary period have either attained or are enrolled in Certificate II.
• Certificate III in Drilling Operations – all our trainee drillers and drillers have either attained or are enrolled in Certificate III
• Certificate IV in Drilling Operations – all our senior drillers and supervisors have either attained or are enrolled in Certificate IV.
• Licencing Water Bore Drillers
